About me


I hold a Master’s degree in Design Research and Experimentation. I’m a bilingual Industrial Designer (English C1), certified in Generative AI Foundations, with extensive experience in developing UX Research and Service Design strategies, including both qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, focus groups, usability testing, A/B testing) in the Creative Agencies, Ecommerce, and Retail sectors across LATAM.
I have designed user-centered flows, prototypes, and strategies using tools like Figma, Miro, and Design Thinking methodologies. I’ve mapped all the company’s digital products and translate insights into strategic decisions to mitigate risks and improve KPIs. I collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and UX teams in agile environments.
With knowledge in artificial intelligence and programming languages such as HTML and CSS, I apply Service Design tools, Customer Journey Maps, and Service Mapping to create valuable experiences for both users and the business.
