About me

Throughout my career, I've noticed that most teams don't struggle because they lack information. They struggle because information lives in different places, perspectives don't always align, and complexity makes it difficult to see what truly matters.
That's where I focus my work.
Through UX Research, Service Design, and systems thinking, I help organizations make sense of complexity by uncovering patterns, connecting signals, and translating insights into action. Whether I'm conducting field research, mapping ecosystems, facilitating alignment sessions, or exploring new concepts with AI-assisted prototyping, my goal remains the same: helping teams move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My background combines Industrial Design, User Research, Experimentation, and years of experience working across Healthcare, Ecommerce, Retail, and Creative industries throughout LATAM. This path taught me to look beyond individual interactions and understand the relationships between people, services, operations, and digital products.
More than designing experiences, I'm interested in understanding the systems behind them.
Outside of work, I draw, cook, travel, and observe. Many of the things that make me a better researcher happen far away from a research plan. I believe curiosity is a practice, and some of the most valuable insights come from paying attention to what others overlook.
