About me

I started in Industrial Design, where I learned to shape objects. Later, through a Master’s in Design Research & Experimentation, I became more interested in shaping understanding of people, systems, and the invisible dynamics behind everyday experiences.

For the past 7+ years, I’ve worked across Healthcare, Ecommerce, Retail, and Creative industries in B2B and B2C contexts throughout LATAM. But more than industries, what I’ve really worked with are tensions: between user needs and business priorities, between vision and feasibility, between what people say and what they actually do.

Through UX Research and Service Strategy, I help teams see clearly not just data, but patterns, behaviors, contradictions, and opportunities. I turn complexity into direction, uncertainty into alignment, and research into decisions that hold up over time. I collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and UX teams to design services that don’t just launch well, but evolve well.

Outside of work, I draw. I cook. I pay attention. I love fruit markets, long conversations, and observing how people move through spaces. I believe good service design starts the same way good cooking does: with attention, intention, and care for who’s at the table.

I’m a Service Designer by practice and an observer by nature.
