I hold a Master’s degree in Design Research and Experimentation. As a bilingual Industrial Designer (English C1), I bring extensive experience in UX Research and Service Design across Creative Agencies, Ecommerce, and Retail sectors in LATAM, working on both B2B and B2C contexts.

Certified in Generative AI Foundations, I specialize in designing and facilitating research practices — from in-depth interviews, focus groups, and field research to segmented surveys and usability testing — turning qualitative and quantitative insights into strategic decisions that guide digital ecosystems.

I work within agile environments, collaborating with Product, Tech, and UX teams to ensure that user insights drive alignment across business objectives and service strategies. Using tools such as customer journey maps, service blueprints, and co-creation workshops, I connect research with organizational priorities, reducing risks and uncovering opportunities for innovation.
